MEETING ON THE PAGE SUMMER PROGRAM
Meeting on the Page: bringing the vital, personal art of playwriting to the community of the Roaring Fork Valley.
Theater Masters will be offering an intensive summer workshop for 10 local students and their parent/guardian to "meet on the page" and write 10-minute plays. This is an opportunity for parent and child to use their own creativity and the art of playwriting to communicate on a subject that is urgent to their lives.
We are excited to once again be partnering with the curators at the Aspen Art Museum to provide inspiration and insight into the creative process. This week long class will culminate with an open rehearsal presentation for the community of the work created by participants as well as semi-staged readings of previous winners of our Roaring Fork Valley Aspiring Playwrights Competition.
