Vicky is a native New Yorker with a lifetime interest in the arts (at age ten she danced at Lincoln Center in The Nutcracker with the New York City Ballet.) After graduating from Dartmouth College, she worked for many years as the Director of Development for the Broadway theater production company Kardana (Guys & Dolls, The Who’s Tommy, and How to Succeed in Business).
In 2018, Vicky joined Theater Masters as a Co-Artistic Director —producing the National MFA playwrights festival in Aspen and New York City and broadening the reach of the organization with her colleagues. Vicky oversees the Visionary Playwright Award and commission and recently created the Standing Ovation Award for mid-career playwrights. Vicky is also a photographer represented by Gráficas Gallery in Massachusetts and has served on the Hood Museum Board of Advisors at Dartmouth College. |

Emily is a New York-based playwright, screenwriter, and occasional puppeteer, hailing from Old Lyme, CT. Some of Emily’s plays include Superstitions (The Pool 2021, OKC Rep Theater) Deer and the Lovers (First Floor Theater), Clockwork (Local Lab), On Loss and Mice and Monsters and Love (LPAC), and Have You Been There (Rattlestick F*ck!ng Good Plays Festival). Her work has been developed with places like Boston Court Pasadena, ANT Fest, Exquisite Corpse, Great Plains Theater Conference, Adam Mickiewicz Institute (Poland), Two River Theater ... and also at places not like them at all. The recent production of Emily’s play Superstitions – as part of The Pool 2021 – was praised by New York Magazine as “Elegant and weird” and “a return to what Off-Off was originally for.” She is an affiliated artist with New Georges and The Playwrights Center, and a member of Society Theatre Company. Lulu (she/her/ella) is a New York-based director, producer, and new works enthusiast. Her work celebrates bilingual tongues, queer kisses, and unapologetic ladies. When she is not dwelling in a theater you may find her curating Pinterest boards or enjoying the company of friends. Emily (she/her) is a new play + audience engagement dramaturg, creative administrator, and educator based in Jersey City. Artistic homes include The New Jersey Play Lab; George Street Playhouse; Tectonic Theater Project and the Moment Work Institute; Keen Company; the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey; and the Writers Theatre of New Jersey. Along with new play development, she is interested in the research and development of devised/ensemble generated work. Emily is currently an Associate Dramaturg with the New Jersey Play Lab and the Managing Director of The Strides Collective, as well as a reader for She NYC Arts, the Playwrights Foundation/ Bay Area Playwright’s Festival, and Premiere Stages. Julia, while president of the Drama League of New York, conceived, and administrated The Directors Project, a national training program for young directors. Board services includes: The Acting Company, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation, the Lincoln Center Theatre, and the Advisory Board for Dramaworks in West Palm Beach, FL. She is proud to have a directing award in her name that has been given to such luminaries as Mike Nichols, Jack O’Brien, Dan Sullivan, Des McAnuff and Michael Mayer, an alumnus of the directing program she started and Tony winner for Spring Awakening. She has created performances honoring celebrities such as Andrew Lloyd Webber, Hal Prince, Liz Smith and John Kander and Fred Ebb.
